1st of all.your english aint lvl 9 at all...5-6 I'd say.

2nd thing : I dont know about the others,but I can not judge you by few infos that u mentioned in ur application,so its -1 from me.I suggest u to edit it and put some more infos about urself.

The final decision is upon to xDrac or Omax i guess...To check it the player is good enough to join clan should be discussed with everyone since some of us were Clan Leaders before we can help xDrac to take the right decision.
